1.Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Vaultex website and exchange services operated by VAULT EXCHANGE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under number 14975953. By using our website or requesting an exchange, you agree to these Terms.

2.Our services

Vaultex provides over-the-counter (OTC) exchange of digital assets (such as USDT) to fiat currency and vice versa, together with related settlement services such as cash disbursement at partner offices, international transfers and payment facilitation. All exchanges are concluded individually with a Vaultex manager via Telegram.

3.Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity;
  • You must be the lawful owner of the funds you exchange;
  • You must not use our services for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion or fraud;
  • You must not be located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction where use of our services would be unlawful.

4.Quotes and rates

Rates shown in the website calculator are indicative. A binding rate is confirmed by your manager and, once locked, is held for the agreed window (typically 15 minutes). If funds are not sent within the lock window, the rate may be re-quoted at the prevailing market level.

5.Execution and settlement

A transaction is initiated once you confirm the locked rate and transfer the agreed asset. Settlement times are estimates and may be affected by blockchain congestion, banking hours or partner availability. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of wallet addresses, account details and delivery information you provide; transfers sent to incorrect details supplied by you cannot be recovered by Vaultex.

6.Fees

Our pricing is built into the quoted rate and confirmed before you commit. There are no hidden charges beyond the rate quoted to you. Network (blockchain) fees and any third-party banking charges are disclosed where applicable.

7.Compliance

All transactions are subject to our AML / KYC policy. We may request identity verification, decline, suspend or reverse a transaction, or terminate service where required by law or where we reasonably suspect unlawful activity.

8.Risk disclosure

Cryptocurrency values are volatile and transactions are generally irreversible. You acknowledge that you understand the risks of dealing in digital assets and that you act on your own judgement. Nothing on our website constitutes financial, investment or legal advice.

9.Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vaultex is not liable for losses caused by: incorrect details supplied by you; delays or failures of blockchains, banks or other third parties outside our control; force majeure events; or your breach of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10.Intellectual property

The Vaultex name, logo, website design and content are the property of VAULT EXCHANGE LTD and may not be copied or used without our written consent.

11.Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, except where mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence apply.

12.Changes

We may amend these Terms at any time by publishing the updated version on this page. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
